Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas. 1-2 years of experience with German processes in a multinational or shared service environment. Accurate and analytical personality with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work thoroughly and precisely, communicate with German partners, and work independently within a team. Strong German skills (written and spoken) and conversational English language knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Support German payroll services for our sites in Germany with the resident payroll team. Handle documentation regarding social insurance, sick leave, or compensation and benefits. Maintain employee payment data in SAP. Ensure payroll accuracy according to internal, local, and legal regulations.
