Continuous learning about industry trends and sourcing best practices. Focus on achieving sourcing targets.

Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts. Review and post job adverts on job boards. Utilize sourcing methods to identify and connect with potential candidates. Implement candidate attraction strategies like cold calling and recruitment marketing. Engage with candidates and establish rapport. Conduct market research on industry trends and candidate insights. Pre-screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit. Promote the employer brand and ensure accurate records of candidate interactions. Foster diversity and inclusion in the sourcing process. Identify areas for process improvement.
