- Respond to high volumes of inquiries via email and phone while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guardians and staff, resolving inquiries and concerns.
- Leverage tools like Salesforce and Google Suite for managing customer accounts.
- Assist with reviewing and awarding scholarship applications.
