- Define and own onX’s Learning, Development, and Organizational Effectiveness strategy, including vision, operating model, and multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities as a strategic lever driving business performance
- Assess current state and evolve fragmented efforts into a cohesive, scalable system
- Establish governance, priorities, and success metrics to ensure focus and impact
- Diagnose organizational needs and identify the highest-leverage opportunities to improve effectiveness and performance
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including organizational diagnostics, capability modeling, and targeted interventions
- Guide leaders in designing teams and structures that align with strategy and scale
- Embed learning and development directly into business initiatives, transformations, and scaling efforts
- Support teams through organizational change, growth, and transformation efforts
- Design and scale leadership and manager development programs across all levels
- Oversee the design and delivery of diverse learning experiences that deliver on critical business priorities
- Evaluate how AI and emerging technologies may impact skills, roles, and organizational capability needs
- Help the organization prepare for the future of work, including supporting leaders and teams in adopting AI-enabled ways of working
- Integrate L&D and OD efforts with broader talent systems, including performance management, career growth, succession planning, and internal mobility
- Establish clear metrics and feedback loops to measure effectiveness and connect initiatives to business outcomes
- Build and develop a small, high-impact function, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution
