3+ years experience in data product management, including MarTech or AdTech products. Proficiency in agile methodologies. Experience with data privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, COPPA, VPPA). Effective communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools. Experience leading remote teams in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
