Requirements:
3-5 years of mortgage processing experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a continually changing environment. Capability to handle high volume pipeline and meet required SLAs. Ability to multitask and move quickly between job functions. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivation and a positive attitude. Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Build rapport with borrowers by initiating welcome calls and providing updates on loan approvals. Complete specific data input into the Loan Origination System (LOS) based on received documentation. Manage a daily pipeline of 70-80 approved loans. Review borrower documents for completeness and enter pertinent data into LOS. Conduct a 3rd party validation of the borrower’s employer. Review credit profiles for completeness and eligibility. Track the receipt of required documents from borrowers and 3rd Party vendors. Collaborate with the team to confirm all conditions are met for each file. Identify ways to improve the borrowing process.
