Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, particularly with US-based companies.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and related compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including billing and invoicing.
• Perform periodic reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements.
• Develop and track budgets against financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to US GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize accounting software efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients and team members for financial inquiries.
