Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is required. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, particularly with US-based companies. In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and related compliance requirements. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or SAP. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including billing and invoicing. Perform periodic reconciliations for bank accounts and credit cards. Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closings. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements. Develop and track budgets against financial performance. Ensure adherence to US GAAP and regulatory compliance. Utilize accounting software efficiently. Coordinate with clients and team members for financial inquiries.
