Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels (CEO, COO etc).
- Bachelor's degree or any certificate course is required.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Strong proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to be trained.
- Availability to work during graveyard shifts.
Responsibilities
- Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record expenses.
- Gather and prepare reports on data and industry trends.
- Organize documents and files meticulously.
- Perform data entry including lead lists and payroll information.
- Research products and manage procurement of goods.
- Manage CRM data for marketing and sales campaigns.
- Oversee project monitoring and facilitate internal communication.
- Coordinate team calendars and meetings, ensuring punctuality.
- Prepare travel itineraries and manage booking arrangements.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence effectively.
- Organize the inbox as per client specifications.
- Synthesize data into cohesive reports and presentations.
- Manage online presence and social media account profiles.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
