Healthcare Virtual Assistant - Licensed RN / USRN

RN License (Philippines or USRN) At least 1-year experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant Specialization or experience in patient care, family medicine, acute care, or clinical settings is preferred Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal (At least C1 level) Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices Proficient in EHR/EMR systems and ability to troubleshoot common technical issues Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations Strong interpersonal skills Solid organizational & time management skills with keen attention to details Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP

Call patients to relay test results in a timely and professional manner. Create and process referrals for specialized healthcare providers. Order labs and imaging while coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients. Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring accuracy and compliance. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Use communication tools like Avaya soft phone to interact with patients and healthcare providers. Ad hoc tasks as needed to support the healthcare team.
