Requirements:
Graduate of any animal healthcare profession, such as DVM or similar. Experience with pet insurance is preferred. Proficient in speaking and writing English, including medical terminology. Ability to connect with diverse individuals and build rapport. Attention to detail, especially in written reports. Comfortable with virtual technologies, willing to learn quickly. Internet speed of at least 10mbps for upload and download. Reliable computer hardware and software, verified by tech team. Availability to work night shifts from 11 pm to 8 am Arizona time.
Responsibilities:
Live virtual scribing, providing real-time documentation for veterinary sessions. Attend to patient communications through phone, email, or video interactions. Respond to inquiries regarding healthcare services and administrative tasks. Gather essential medical or insurance information for client needs. Manage and update the appointment calendar and patient chart records. Research useful information to assist clients and enhance workflow. Handle back-office tasks such as fax/file management and transcription.
