Requirements:

• Graduate of any animal healthcare profession, such as DVM or similar.
• Experience with pet insurance is preferred.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English, including medical terminology.
• Ability to connect with diverse individuals and build rapport.
• Attention to detail, especially in written reports.
• Comfortable with virtual technologies, willing to learn quickly.
• Internet speed of at least 10mbps for upload and download.
• Reliable computer hardware and software, verified by tech team.
• Availability to work night shifts from 11 pm to 8 am Arizona time.

Responsibilities:

• Live virtual scribing, providing real-time documentation for veterinary sessions.
• Attend to patient communications through phone, email, or video interactions.
• Respond to inquiries regarding healthcare services and administrative tasks.
• Gather essential medical or insurance information for client needs.
• Manage and update the appointment calendar and patient chart records.
• Research useful information to assist clients and enhance workflow.
• Handle back-office tasks such as fax/file management and transcription.
