Senior Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure & Application Projects

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in program or project management within a technical environment. Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a deep understanding of program management best practices. Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g., cloud services, networking, security, databases) and application development processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence) and a certification such as PMP or Scrum Master is a plus.

Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure and application programs, from initiation through planning, execution, and closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, IT operations, and leadership. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them. Provide guidance on infrastructure and application best practices. Partner with engineering managers to ensure appropriate staffing for project success. Implement best practices for program management and process improvement. Develop and deliver regular status reports and presentations to senior management.
