Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within a technical environment.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a deep understanding of program management best practices.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g., cloud services, networking, security, databases) and application development processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence) and a certification such as PMP or Scrum Master is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure and application programs, from initiation through planning, execution, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, IT operations, and leadership.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.
• Provide guidance on infrastructure and application best practices.
• Partner with engineering managers to ensure appropriate staffing for project success.
• Implement best practices for program management and process improvement.
• Develop and deliver regular status reports and presentations to senior management.
