Requirements:
Located in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software engineering. At least 3+ years of experience in blockchain engineering, ideally in a live DeFi protocol. Strong competency with Solidity and other non-EVM smart contract languages. Proven results in building and scaling DeFi protocols. Strong technical grasp and judgment on task prioritization.
Responsibilities:
Drive the development of new chain deployments and novel DeFi protocols. Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams. Tackle challenges around asset tokenization and security. Expand Ondo’s product suite and support blockchain adoption.
