🔍 Blockchain and cybersecurity
- 2+ years of experience in a client management role (sales, business development, partnerships, account management, etc), with great communication skills via chat and email.
- Passion and/or experience with blockchain technology, open-source, cybersecurity, or similar highly technical industry.
- Excellent research skills, ability to skim long documents and information, and identify key points.
- Concise communication style and ability to convey information in a short and clear format via text and video conferencing.
- Curiosity to learn new things and explore innovative ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to manage your own time, report on goals, and assess the progress of your work.
- Research and identify new partnership opportunities and projects that are an excellent fit for OpenZeppelin's services.
- Map decision-makers on channels including, but not limited to, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, Forums, emails, conferences, etc.
- Create copy for targeted outreach.
- Schedule calls with potential partners and clients.
- Send timely follow-ups and track each partnership. Coordinate next steps.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and clients, send updates about OpenZeppelin's news, and coordinate activity with the marketing team.
