Requirements:
- A valid TX state-issued insurance license.

- Experience in Medicare products preferred but not required.
- 1+ year of sales experience required.
- Superior verbal communication skills; energetic and easy to understand.
- Strong written communication skills; good grasp of English language, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

- Must have state resident license to sell insurance in the state of residence.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly policy sales targets.
- Discover needs of pre-qualified insurance shoppers.
- Overcome sales objections and close sales over the phone.
- Cross-sell related insurance products.
- Accurately record all required information in the agency management platform.
- Communicate with management on a regular basis.
