• A valid TX state-issued insurance license.
• Ability to follow script.
• Experience in Medicare products preferred but not required.
• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• Superior verbal communication skills; energetic and easy to understand.
• Strong written communication skills; good grasp of English language, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Extremely reliable and dependable.
• Team players who want to contribute to company growth.
• Must have state resident license to sell insurance in the state of residence.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly policy sales targets.
• Discover needs of pre-qualified insurance shoppers.
• Overcome sales objections and close sales over the phone.
• Cross-sell related insurance products.
• Accurately record all required information in the agency management platform.
• Communicate with management on a regular basis.
