Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing-related field preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in brand management and traditional/digital marketing. At least 8+ years managing direct reports. Experience as P&L owner with budgeting skills. Familiarity with licensed and original IPs. Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally. Strong team-oriented attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM, Email, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
