Licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a valid current license in any US state. Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Comprehensive knowledge of botanical, nutraceutical, and mind-body medicine. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Google Suite. Strong presentation and training skills. Passion for learning and a desire to research science, health, and wellness. Ability to analyze and guide health and wellness and supplement use. Capability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with enthusiasm for helping others.

Lead one-on-one wellness coaching consultations with Nutrafol customers. Build rapport during consultations, providing a motivational and supportive environment. Address customer questions with clarity and empathy. Research new approaches for supporting hair and skin health. Interpret hair mineral analysis and provide individualized consultations. Educate customers on proper use of Nutrafol products. Collaborate with Customer Experience team to manage customer requests. Maintain high standards of customer engagement. Stay current with trends in nutritional science research.
