- Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead lifecycle metrics.
- Experience with Salesforce.

- Experience leveraging project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Act as the primary user and subject matter expert for all marketing systems including campaign building, testing, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Execute reporting tasks to provide insights on campaigns, tactics, and overall lead lifecycle effectiveness.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and provide insights on campaign performance.
- Work with campaign managers to ensure optimized processes and effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with IT/Revenue Operations to ensure resolution.
