Responsibilities:
Drive success through initial customer kickoff and provide a supportive end-to-end leave experience. Act responsively and accurately with attention to detail for your assigned customers. Participate in team meetings providing feedback, solutions, and suggestions. Communicate with employees about the leave process and specific questions. Partner with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payments. Interface with various parties involved in the leave process.
