How We Work

EverOps has been a 100% remote workplace since day one. You will work from your home office as part of a U.S.-Based Virtual Operating Center. This structure emphasizes trust and autonomy. You will focus on outcomes rather than hours. TechPods, EverOps' embedded teams, communicate constantly via Slack or video conference. Occasional team gatherings foster connection and planning. You will join a team eager to empower and mentor new hires for success.

Engineering at EverOps

You will design and build internal developer platforms, not just operate them. EverOps engineers craft golden-path tooling that other engineers depend on daily. This includes self-service developer portals, GitOps delivery, automated workflow orchestration, and Kubernetes foundations. You will bring a deep understanding of enterprise cloud infrastructure. You will manage projects autonomously with little direction. You will focus on client satisfaction and high availability. You will build and customize Backstage, implementing Argo Workflows and GitOps delivery with Argo CD. Your deep Kubernetes experience will be vital. You will design and operate production clusters. You will enforce policy with Kyverno. EverOps uses AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. You will use Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation. You will work with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. You will gain experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana and DataDog. This is an environment for makers, not just users.
