Requirements:

Strong experience in management consulting for technology delivery, service delivery, or a related field, or
Proven leadership of technology teams with a focus on engineer satisfaction, planning visibility, and efficient delivery
Technology background in tech stacks related to Cloud, DevOps, IT, or Software Engineering
Experience owning high level relationships across multiple companies and stakeholders
Strong acumen in planning and roadmap execution
Natural problem solver and strategic thinker
Intense curiosity and hunger to learn and make a significant impact on the organization
Experience using data to drive decision making
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Can successfully operate with a sense of urgency and lots of autonomy

Responsibilities:

Own relationships with client executives, focusing on excellent delivery and ongoing needs
Work closely with EverOps senior executives to create & implement EverOps’ delivery strategy
Ensure EverOps client teams are correctly staffed, delivering to plan, and content
Assist in launching new clients by establishing key practices, reporting relationships, and first initiatives
Advise on EverOps client team project roadmaps
Facilitate architectural input from office of the CTO as needed
