  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience in the management of bodily injury claims (AIPP between 0 and 10%)
  • Good knowledge of the Badinter law and its jurisprudential evolution
  • Mastery of the IRSA, IRCA and PAOS conventions
  • Register claim declarations, investigate files (reviewing guarantees, analyzing responsibilities, establishing conservatory measures…), and implement the necessary means to compensate victims of road accidents or to exercise recourse if necessary
