Requirements:

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Data Science.
• Deep knowledge of the UK insurance market and regulatory framework.
• Proven experience in retail insurance pricing, particularly for Motor and Home products.
• Proficiency in pricing tools such as EMBLEM and AKUR8, and programming languages including Python and R.
• Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing pricing strategies to achieve profitable growth.
• Analyzing performance metrics and competitor pricing.
• Leading the design and improvement of technical pricing and analytics models.
• Collaborating with internal teams and MGAs for stakeholder management.
• Mentoring and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
