Requirements:

• Formation supérieure en Droit des assurance ou équivalent
• 2 à 3 ans d'expérience in the management of bodily injury claims (AIPP between 0 and 10%)
• Good knowledge of the Badinter law and its jurisprudential evolution
• Mastery of the IRSA, IRCA and PAOS conventions

Responsibilities:

• Register claim declarations, investigate files (reviewing guarantees, analyzing responsibilities, establishing conservatory measures…), and implement the necessary means to compensate victims of road accidents or to exercise recourse if necessary
• Identify and apply the appropriate legal, case law and conventional rules
• Evaluate and monitor technical costs
• Select auxiliaries (doctors, lawyers…) and analyze the conclusions
• Finalize the compensation of the victim and/or third-party payers
• Exercise bodily injury claims in the interests of the company
