- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, with a track record of closing complex deals.

- Serve as a trusted advisor for the TriLink brand (part of Maravai), building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in research and development to align with their scientific objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our mRNA synthesis, enzymology, and reagent portfolio to effectively communicate product benefits and applications to customers.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific customer applications and research needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies and identify market opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to track sales activities, pipeline progression, and key performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and accurate forecasting.
- Partner closely with the Business Development, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to enhance market penetration and drive customer success.
