Data & AI Engineering Lead (Frankfurt, Cologne, Stuttgart, Germany)

Successful experience in developing data solutions. Experience in collaborating with clients and solving technical challenges. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, System or Cloud Architecture, Software Engineering, Data Science. Practical programming experience in Python, Java, C++, C# or Scala. Experience in leading teams. Familiar with agile working methods and enjoyment of dynamic environments.

Work closely with clients to understand and solve their challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Advise clients on technical issues and explain different solution approaches clearly. Implement solutions together with the engineering team. Present results to stakeholders and top management. Define new projects and develop offer concepts.
