Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions.
• Sell products and services in order to meet customer needs.
• Ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries.
• Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers.
• Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback.
