Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team spirit and professional behavior.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Good knowledge of English (desired).
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers (individuals and businesses) to arrange payments and settle debts.
- Negotiate settlements based on company policy.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM.
- Monitor agreed payments and perform follow-ups.
