Understanding of corporate customer needs with a professional approach to service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer service applications, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
