Junior Project Manager (Consultant)

2+ years of client-facing consulting experience. Residency in Washington State or Texas. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Demonstrated desire to go above and beyond and hunger to learn and grow. Ability to navigate and manage in an environment with a high level of ambiguity and diverse partner group. Exceptional ability to implement and evangelize use of project management structures (e.g., project plans, weekly status reports and meetings, prioritized issues resolution log, risk log including mitigation measures, transition plans, etc.). Ability to develop and present prioritized findings and recommendations. Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.

Performing project management activities, such as tracking deliverables, creating status reports, managing resource plans, and monitoring achievement of project goals. Supporting senior team members with the oversight of project delivery and help manage scope and identify change requests including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs. Organizing complex communications channels for a fast-paced team. Delivering unique technology and business solutions to clients across industries as a part of a team. Working with clients to understand how their business processes work today, identifying areas for improvement, and creating process maps to demonstrate how changes will help them reach their goals. Using quantitative methods and analytical skills to derive actionable insights, patterns, and outcomes from data.
