Requirements
- Have 8+ years of product management experience, with a deep emphasis on AI or agents.
- Have 3+ years of tax experience as a tax practitioner and/or building tax products for the CPA or corporate tax market.
- Hold a degree in a technical, accounting, or related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Be comfortable with the ambiguity involved in launching new products.
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents across the tax lifecycle, including data gathering, workpaper preparation, compliance, provision, and review.
- Work with tax practitioners at large firms and corporate tax departments to develop product solutions.
- Understand customer needs and define and ship new product features.
- Enhance and scale existing product features.
- Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product design.
- Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback and communicate product strategy.
- Drive adoption of new features.
