Experience: 8+ years in product management at a high-growth startup or tech company
Required Skills: Product Management

Have 8+ years of product management experience at a high-growth startup or tech company.
Have owned at least one product from 0-to-1 end to end.
Have shipped 0-to-1 products that customers use.
Bring strong product instincts and design sensibility.
Be experienced in leading customer discovery and translating qualitative feedback into product direction.
Have experience defining quality metrics and building evaluation loops.
Have hands-on experience with LLMs, modern AI tools, or a track record of learning new technology quickly.
Experience in BI, analytics, or data platforms is welcome.
PropTech, multifamily, or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Own the product line end to end, from discovery and positioning through launch and adoption.
Decide where models belong in the product experience and where they do not.
Write specs, design workflows, build prototypes, and work with designers and engineers to ship features.
Design evaluation frameworks and test suites to measure output quality and analyze answer patterns and edge cases.
Use evaluation signals to iteratively improve product performance.
Define and validate guardrails for safe, explainable, and trustworthy product output.
Shape the data foundation, including data needs and normalization.
Establish weekly customer feedback loops with operators, asset managers, and ownership groups, and use feedback to prioritize.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and existing product teams to support product adoption.
