Requirements
- Have 8+ years of product management experience at a high-growth startup or tech company.
- Have owned at least one product end to end from 0 to 1.
- Have shipped 0-to-1 products that customers use.
- Bring strong product instincts and design sensibility.
- Be fluent in leading customer discovery and translating qualitative feedback into product direction.
- Have experience defining quality metrics and building evaluation loops.
- Bring hands-on experience with LLMs, modern AI tools, or a track record of learning new technology quickly.
- Show a bias toward action and iteration over perfection and process.
- Experience in BI, analytics, or data platforms is welcome.
- PropTech, multifamily, or real estate experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the product line end to end, from discovery and positioning through launch and adoption.
- Decide where models belong in the product experience and where they do not.
- Write specs, design workflows, build prototypes, and work with designers and engineers to ship features.
- Design evaluation frameworks, build test suites, analyze answer patterns and edge cases, and iteratively improve performance.
- Define and validate guardrails for safe, explainable, and trustworthy product output.
- Shape the product's data foundation, including data needs and normalization.
- Establish weekly customer feedback loops with key accounts across operators, asset managers, and ownership groups.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and existing product teams to support product adoption.
