Job Details

Have 5 to 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
Bring hands-on month-end close experience.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Understand accruals, prepaids, expense recognition, capitalization, and opex versus capex.
Partner with and influence senior business leaders.
Have experience using AI tools, such as Claude or similar, to automate finance analysis, reporting, or workflows.
Have working knowledge of ERP and planning systems, such as NetSuite and Adaptive Planning.
Be advanced in Excel.
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and distill complex results into concise recommendations.
High-growth SaaS or fintech experience is preferred.
A CPA or MBA is a plus.

Partner with department leaders on headcount, vendors, and investment priorities, and translate financial results into decisions.
Prepare expense reporting and talking points for the CFO and senior leaders, with recommendations and next steps.
Run annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles for assigned areas.
Own operating expense planning, forecasting, and variance analysis; track spend against budget and recommend actions.
Lead the FP&A side of monthly close by preparing and reviewing accruals, prepaids, and reclasses.
Partner with Accounting to record expenses accurately and on time, and explain budget-versus-actual variances.
Redesign manual accrual, reporting, and forecasting workflows using AI tools and automation; document repeatable processes.
Analyze vendor and category spend, contract commitments, and run-rate trends; support savings initiatives and business cases.
