Requirements
- Have 6+ years of relevant finance experience; FP&A experience is a plus.
- Have experience forecasting complex consumer goods businesses.
- Operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
- Influence executive-level decision-makers and present to people across organizational levels and financial-literacy levels.
- Have general knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and accrual accounting.
- Bring full P&L familiarity and fluency across revenue accounting scenarios.
- Be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau; this is preferred.
- Be proficient with ERP systems; NetSuite is preferred.
- Demonstrate success using AI tools in a financial reporting context.
- Bring intellectual curiosity, a proactive self-starter attitude, and high integrity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing, commercial, and supply chain leadership to drive revenue strategy and decision-making.
- Work with demand planning to monitor sales trajectory, plan the business, and address variances against forecast.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual hardware revenue reporting across internal GTM stakeholders.
- Own the internal hardware revenue narrative and coordinate with demand planning and corporate FP&A to ensure it is reflected in relevant forums.
- Develop and expand the hardware revenue forecasting model.
- Manage the rollout of revenue forecasting within a tool and deepen insights for business partners.
- Partner with Finance Systems and Data & Analytics to create forecasting tools and reports and contribute to system enhancements or implementations.
- Partner with revenue accounting to close and report monthly actuals accurately.
