Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a related role.
- Bring hands-on implementation experience.
- Have experience owning end-to-end enterprise implementations, ideally for mid-market customers.
- Have experience configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents.
- Be technically fluent with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.
- Be familiar with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Contact center, conversational AI, call center implementation, or intake operations experience is helpful.
- Experience in legal, insurance, or financial services is helpful.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment and collaborating across customer and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sales discovery with customers to understand their standard operating procedures, workflows, and existing customer experiences.
- Design AI-driven customer experiences.
- Document business logic and requirements in clear implementation specifications.
- Partner with applied AI engineers to configure and launch customer solutions.
- Own implementations through to live production.
