Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management, life sciences, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in leadership, with a focus on delivering to targets and quality.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the clinical research market and changing business environments.
- Ability to identify and seize opportunities, drive business growth, and achieve targets.
- Ability to represent the company with the research community, local governments, and healthcare providers and build long-term relationships.
- Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and use data.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate or advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 70%.
Responsibilities
- Build a network of specialist consultants and physicians in key therapeutic areas to refer patients to studies.
- Identify opportunities to expand the local physician database and increase the number of practices working with Care Access.
- Maintain relationships with physicians, Principal Investigators, Sub-Investigators, and other referring doctors.
- Provide customer service to physicians and other healthcare professionals across the country or region.
- Identify and attend conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing opportunities to promote Care Access and expand patient access.
- Meet with existing and potential sites and healthcare decision-makers to gain agreement and drive study delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations on activities, results, and plans.
- Implement service models to enhance clinical trial delivery and recommend options to support business growth.
