- Demonstrate relationship-building skills and the ability to influence.
- Bring a strategic mindset that looks beyond immediate hiring needs.
- Startup, technology, or AI experience is strongly preferred.
- Be comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and nurture pipelines of talent across engineering and research roles.
- Deliver a recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's brand.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods.
- Maintain market intelligence on talent trends and the competitive landscape.
- Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS and regularly update progress and analytics.
- Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize the top of the funnel.
- Cultivate relationships across business communities and with industry leaders.
- Identify and own additional talent projects as they emerge.
