- Sell Property & Casualty (P&C) policies, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance
- Sell Life & Health (L&H) policies, such as term life, whole life, final expense, and supplemental health coverage
- Engage with prospective clients using agency-provided quality leads to drive new business
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve production targets aligned with your active license line
- Collaborate with agency leadership and participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship programs
- Focus exclusively on selling insurance policies—no customer service, claims, billing, or policy servicing duties
