Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience sourcing or recruiting licensed and pre-licensed insurance professionals.
- Have experience with Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health professionals.
- Be able to find candidates beyond traditional job boards.
- Be comfortable with high outreach volumes and persistent follow-up.
- Write clear, concise, engaging outreach messages.
- Be confident conducting brief phone screens.
- Track sourcing activity, response rates, and candidate pipelines in company systems.
- Be organized and focused on data and results.
- Be eager to learn the nuances of insurance roles.
Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox AI, industry groups, niche job boards, and other search methods to identify qualified candidates for insurance agency roles.
- Build and maintain passive-talent pipelines for key roles, focusing on candidates with captive and independent agency experience.
- Write and send personalized outreach to engage passive talent and encourage candidates to apply to partner-agency opportunities.
- Research and identify talent pools across geographic regions to support partner-agency hiring needs.
