Requirements
- Hold a Producer Personal Lines License.
- Have your NPN ready for the application.
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have open availability during operating hours.
- Relevant work experience of 6 months to 2 years is preferred.
- Have a hardwired high-speed internet connection.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Be available for webcam video presence during training and production.
- Be able to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Be available for weekend shifts as needed.
- Do not be a primary care provider during operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls regarding customers’ insurance policies.
- Answer customer inquiries about coverage.
- Assist with policy endorsements, certificates, and binders.
- Handle billing inquiries and policy modifications.
- Manage a high volume of billing calls, especially around military paydays on the 1st and 15th of each month.
