Requirements
- Have at least one year of direct experience in customer support, customer service, or a high-touch service role.
- Demonstrate strong writing skills and provide clear, concise information in a warm and friendly tone.
- Have experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and/or chat tools, or be able to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Be able to handle a high-volume workload across chat, email, or phone and pivot between channels.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of the regular coverage schedule.
- Be able to work one of the listed evening and overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments and educate clients about Lyra’s services and benefit offerings.
- Connect clients to appropriate care and answer benefit, product, and technical questions.
- Recognize potential safety concerns and escalate them to clinical teams.
- Manage high-volume support across calls, email, and chat, pivoting between channels as needed.
- Manage time effectively and adapt to unexpected work throughout the day.
- Engage in feedback and regularly assess strengths and areas for growth.
- Work within a structured team environment and adapt to shift changes.
