Requirements

- Prior experience in life insurance or sales is preferred.

- Have access to a computer, phone, and dependable internet.
- Experience in life or health insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with virtual selling or digital meeting tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads.
- Schedule and conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients.
- Explain coverage options to clients in simple, clear terms.
- Submit applications and assist clients throughout underwriting.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and next steps in the CRM.
- Stay informed about product updates and state insurance regulations.
- Provide ongoing customer service, including policy reviews.
