Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design.
- Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products.
- Demonstrate success designing and optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity tools, operations platforms, or business software.
- Show a track record of reducing task friction and improving workflow efficiency.
- Have experience collaborating with product, engineering, and operations partners; compliance or policy collaboration is ideal.
- Demonstrate mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and system-level thinking.
- Communicate tradeoffs clearly and document workflow logic for cross-functional alignment.
- Have experience owning product design from problem definition through feature delivery and evolution.
Responsibilities
- Design tools therapists use in their day-to-day work.
- Streamline administrative work through product experiences.
- Build intelligent experiences that help providers make informed clinical decisions.
- Identify product opportunities and think strategically about the future of care delivery.
- Take 0→1 products from concept to execution.
- Deliver polished experiences that leverage AI strategically.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research.
