Requirements
- Have senior-level experience in product design, digital design, visual design, or a closely related discipline.
- Provide a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual execution and shipped digital products.
- Demonstrate outstanding skills in typography, composition, color theory, layout, and interaction design.
- Have significant expertise in either motion design or illustration, with strong capabilities in the other discipline.
- Demonstrate the ability to design clean, consistent icon sets.
- Have experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
- Be proficient in Figma and experienced in developing interactive prototypes and iterating quickly.
- Provide examples of motion design, illustration, and iconography in the portfolio.
- Be able to balance brand expression with functional product design.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, product teams, and engineers, incorporate feedback, and manage projects independently.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the visual identity across digital products, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints.
- Design customer-facing web and mobile experiences that translate user needs into clear, accessible interfaces.
- Develop motion graphics, illustrations, and icon systems aligned with the visual language.
- Create visual assets for campaigns, advertisements, launches, events, and presentations.
- Own design projects from concept and exploration through prototyping, refinement, and delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and brand designers to align creative direction with business goals and customer needs.
- Explore concepts through rapid prototyping, interactive mockups, Figma, AI-powered applications, and Vercel.
- Maintain visual quality across typography, composition, color, spacing, interactions, and interface details.
- Develop reusable visual components, patterns, and systems to support consistent brand expression.
