Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product design experience.
- Bring deep experience in complex B2B, enterprise, platform, developer, infrastructure, data, or operational products.
- Provide a portfolio of shipped product work, especially complex workflows and data-dense interfaces.
- Demonstrate strong systems thinking and excellent interaction design, information architecture, UX, and visual design craft.
- Have experience designing products where users need to understand and act on large amounts of information.
- Be able to simplify technically complex concepts without removing important details.
- Have strong product judgment and experience working directly and iteratively with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Be able to operate independently without a large design organization or highly detailed requirements.
- Have advanced Figma skills, including components, variables, design systems, responsive layouts, and prototypes.
- Use modern AI tools regularly in the design process.
- Have clear, direct written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end platform workflows from understanding risk to remediation, governance, and reporting.
- Redesign data-dense experiences, including vulnerability lists, image and workload inventories, cluster views, risk summaries, and operational dashboards.
- Make large datasets easier to navigate using tables, filters, search, comparison, hierarchy, visualization, and drill-down.
- Define information architecture and interaction models for platform workflows, including roles and permissions, policies, onboarding, audit, reporting, and administration.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape problems, prototype solutions, test ideas, and guide work through implementation.
- Use customer conversations, usability sessions, qualitative feedback, product analytics, and behavioral data to guide design decisions.
- Evolve components, patterns, and interaction standards in the design system and help Engineering reuse them.
- Use AI and modern prototyping and development tools in the design process, and help define AI and agent-driven workflows in the product.
- Partner with Marketing on website experiences, launches, campaigns, diagrams, and sales materials.
