- Bring 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.
- Have experience ideally involving operational workflows, data-rich experiences, or AI-powered products.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating how you frame complex problems and translate them into intuitive, user-centered products.
- Demonstrate strong product thinking and connect design decisions to customer needs and business outcomes.
- Show exceptional attention to detail and judgment about which details matter most.
- Be able to advocate for ideas, challenge assumptions, and influence product decisions while remaining open to feedback and new perspectives.
- Bring curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies can improve customer workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of new products and features, bringing clarity to complex, cross-functional challenges.
- Work across multiple product areas and balance shifting priorities while making informed decisions.
- Partner with product and engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and drive products from concept to launch.
- Engage early in ambiguous problems and help shape product direction and discussions.
- Prototype ideas, test assumptions, and iterate based on customer feedback and product data.
- Balance long-term product vision with fast-paced execution and evolving priorities.
- Contribute to the overall product experience and the evolution of the design system.
