Requirements
- Have 8+ years of product design experience.
- Bring experience in fast-growing startup environments across B2C and B2B; FinTech, HealthTech, or complex SaaS experience is preferred.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating successfully launched projects and strategic, conceptual, and high-fidelity creative thinking.
- Be experienced in user research, mapping complex UX logic, and producing polished, efficient UI.
- Have experience creating, maintaining, and scaling a design system with reusable components.
- Have experience using AI and data tools for prototyping, informing product requirements, customer research, and analysis.
- Demonstrate advanced Figma mastery, including prototyping, design system components, and UI handoff.
- Understand HTML/CSS and development constraints.
- Be familiar with accessibility best practices, including WCAG.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills for translating complex workflow needs into product solutions.
- Be self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to take ownership of shipping products.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX/UI for the all-in-one dental platform, bringing diverse workflows and data structures into a cohesive experience.
- Architect scalable design frameworks so new features and modules strengthen the unified platform.
- Integrate AI tools into daily design work for prototyping, user data analysis, wireframing, and copy generation.
- Explore and champion emerging AI design technologies to optimize team workflows.
- Partner with dentists and practices to conduct user research, gather feedback, and turn real-world problems into design solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers from ideation through implementation.
- Identify product friction points and define design strategies to address them.
- Solve design problems within technical constraints while balancing business goals, engineering realities, and user needs.
