Requirements
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrate proficiency in WordPress, including content updates and support for layout or theme modifications.
- Have a functional understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting layout issues, customizing elements, or collaborating with developers.
- Be a daily, hands-on user of both Claude and ChatGPT and understand their respective strengths.
- Demonstrate skill in layout design, information hierarchy, and accessible visual communication.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating design craft, cross-channel versatility, and human-centered work.
- Be able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Strong plus: experience with clinical or scientific content, healthcare communications, data visualization, or evolving brand systems.
- Nice to have: experience with Figma or Adobe XD, WCAG accessibility standards, motion graphics, or VR environments.
Responsibilities
- Produce on-brand assets for social media, email, paid campaigns, web, presentations, print, and employer- and payer-facing materials.
- Resize, adapt, and version creative across platforms, formats, and audiences, and prepare production-ready files.
- Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, file naming, and version control.
- Use Claude and ChatGPT in daily creative production, and write, test, and refine prompts and reusable AI resources.
- Review AI-assisted work for accuracy, brand fit, stigma-free language, and accessibility; follow AI and privacy policies.
- Create patient-centered educational materials that translate complex medical and scientific information into accessible visuals.
- Support WordPress page layouts and content updates, and use AI to assist with HTML/CSS and layout fixes.
- Edit short-form videos and create simple motion graphics.
- Document AI workflows and share best practices with the team.
