Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
- Be proficient with affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Have advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels, including SEO, media buying, and paid social.
- Be competent with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems.
- Have excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Be able to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI.
- Be perfectly fluent in English.
- Be comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships, keeping affiliates informed and supported.
- Oversee onboarding for new affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate performance and report on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze affiliate results, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities to scale.
- Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners.
- Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels.
- Review and improve affiliate communication and management processes.
