Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS.
- Want to remain hands-on in product management.
- Have taken a new revenue opportunity, such as a module, upsell, segment, or market, from idea to a product customers pay for.
- Have shipped AI features that customers use.
- Use AI tools in your work every day.
- Work with data and experiments, and change direction when the data supports it.
- Explain complex topics simply to site managers and management.
- Have German language skills at C2 level.
- Be fluent in English.
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, construction, or another industry undergoing digitalization is relevant.
Responsibilities
- Talk to customers and analyze data to identify problems, their importance, and what to build.
- Find opportunities to use AI to replace manual work in construction.
- Prototype ideas and run small experiments with customers before Engineering commits.
- Ship products in partnership with Design and Engineering.
- Launch offerings with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including positioning, pricing, and enablement.
- Measure the revenue and results of launches.
- Own a growth opportunity end to end and help select the next opportunity.
- Handle day-to-day product work in the assigned area.
